YAAAAY!

One: there are only something like 25 days left of school.

Two: Prom is in 5 days (counting today). I'll try posting pics after the fact on this account.

Three: Watch this amv. It's Avatar and this girl is awesome. It actually looks like a real trailer, no lie. :cheer: [link] And watch it in HD, please. Soooooo much better!!

Four: Last night I was able to get another chapter of Caged Lark done so I'm hoping I'll be able to get Chapter 5 posted today since....

Five: THERE's NO SCHOOL!!!! That's right. We got MAJOR storms last night and the entire city is flooded. (It's a big place,too) So, they closed down *most* of the school districts. Meaning I got an extra day off.

But there's still an eco test friday. :vomit:

I thought I would give you guys an update to what all has been going on in my life. And I will go in order for those of you who are chronilogically challenged.

I got contacts. Yes! Finally after years of having glasses I have switched over to contacts. I like them so much better...so much better I don't take them out even when my eye starts to bother me----like now. It'll get over it.
Does anyone know why my contact might be burning my eye whenever I put them in?? I use Aquify solution daily.

I was in my school's prom extravaganza. I won't be putting up pics cause they show my face, but if you have facebook, I will-hopefully- be putting them up soon. As well as much-overdue football shots. Some of those are really good and I can't wait to get them up!

I went on my first date one month ago this saturday.
I asked the same guy to sadie (2 weeks later)
He is now my boyfriend.

Tomorrow is TAKS ELA day. Which means SENIOR SLEEP IN!! iHop, oh yes!
In two weeks, Spring Break begins. During which I really want to go searching for a prom dress. I found on in a magazine I think I like, but I really want to try on. It's so prettyful!
I graduate either June 5 or 6. Three months!!!
I cannot get the room assignment link to work at my college's website. :worried: I'm hoping to try again today.
My implant diet is going good. I'm getting REALLY sick of pasta, though...

He's so cute. And I love spending time with him, too.

That's mostly my life as of right now. What's up with you guys???

On monday I got my wisdom teeth out as well as two implants put in. Needless to say the last three days have been a slow recouperation. While I get to eat all the ice cream, pudding, jellow, yogurt, etc. that I want, I can barely open my mouth wide enough to get a spoon in there.
Right now I'm doing pretty darn good. My face looks like I just put on about 15-20 pounds (all the swelling), but I'm hoping this is the peak and it is going to start going down soon.

Let's see...yesterday I had enough pain meds in me that if you took down a rhinno it wouldn't feel it. XD And I wasn't even on the vicodin yet. Today, I am kinda edging away from that medicine. It's children's motrin and tylenol which means a TON of sugar. *shiver* yuck. I really REALLY don't like that stuff. Blech.

On to Caged Lark. That may take until friday or saturday to get out. See, what I'm trying to do is write one chapter for every chapter I get out so the story continues to move forward. And right now I'm starting the part of the story that needs references. And if I look at a computer screen for too long, then I start to get dizzy. Well I've found some bleach eps on iTunes so I'm getting a few of those so I can at least watch something and when I'm done watching I can write. Needless to say it's a slow process, and i have to pay for the eps, but my mom and my sister don't know I still watch anime and if they found out....they wouldn't be mad per say, but I don't like it.

What i really can't wait for is when I get my own laptop (wireless) so I can have it up in my room and be able to read manga, too.

They know I haven't watched anime since last January. What they don't know is that every night since about August I've been reading it online after they go to bed. I'm going to have to figure something out...

If I don't talk to you guys until after Christmas, have a happy and safe one!!

Okay, so I've been working on a Bleach fanfic (OMG NO WAY NO WAY!! O.o ), which is weird cause I don't watch the anime anymore....
But anyway. I've been working on this fanfic "Caged Lark" since about September. Well it's finally ready to be viewed by eyes other than my own and I was wondering if I should post it here.

I'll already be posting it on my fanfiction dot net account (o-dragon), but I wanted to see if any of my friends here would read it (since barely anyone strays farther than this or facebook these days). If I do post it here, I actually want people to read it so it won't be a wasted effort.

There's some (not a lot. only a few chapters!) of romance in it and the rest is mainly action/general (I'm using the ff dot net genre titles). And this is the tag line I'm using for ff dot net:

There is no way she can turn back. Not anymore. Even if it destroys her in the process.

if you read it on ff dot net and think of something better, please tell me. That's all I could come up with. :S

It is an IchimaruxOC, KiraxOC fic, and there are NO self-inserts.
